What better car to shoot in a small British village in mid-October than a small, British sports car- the MGC! Finished in a fantastic blue colour and with sparkling chrome sprinkled over the bodywork, this particular model has recently undergone a full nut and bolt restoration to bring it back to its former glory. Between 1981 and 2018 it had been off the road, so to see it in such an immaculate shape, inside and out, was very impressive!
Being 6'4ft myself, I expected the ride in the little MGC to be rather cramped - especially given that I hardly fit into my MG TF! However, although their wasn't much room to lounge around in, I found myself feeling surprisingly comfortable as we scuttled along the increasingly Autumnal B-roads of Northamptonshire.
